Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Property Management Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a remarkable opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Property Management Company based in Greece. In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our Dutch-speaking clients by addressing inquiries related to property management services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be integral to ensuring clear communication with clients regarding property rentals, maintenance requests, and service coordination. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will help strengthen client relationships and support the smooth operation of property management activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat related to property management inquiries
• Assist clients with rental information, maintenance scheduling, and service requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery
• Collect and relay client feedback to help improve property management services
• Stay updated on property management practices and local regulations

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle diverse client inquiries
• Experience in customer service, preferably within property management or real estate, is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
