Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support and solutions to clients who speak Dutch via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to address and resolve complex customer needs.
• Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, solutions, or related fields is preferred.
