• Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or high-value clients.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
