• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch and Flemish speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services for accurate customer assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Ability to adapt and learn new systems and tools quickly.

• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this opportunity.
