Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Dutch-Speaking GenAI Content Trust and Safety Experts to join our innovative team in Greece. This role involves ensuring the safety, accuracy, and integrity of AI-generated content while maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. You will contribute to mitigating risks associated with generative AI content and fostering a trustworthy digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate AI-generated content in Dutch to identify harmful, misleading, or non-compliant material.
• Ensure adherence to trust and safety policies and relevant regulations for GenAI content.
• Collaborate with AI developers, policy makers, and moderation teams to enhance content safety protocols and standards.
• Develop strategies to improve content quality, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
• Analyze trends and prepare reports on content risks and safety issues.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote responsible use of AI technologies.

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or related AI fields preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of generative AI technology and its challenges is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High ethical standards and commitment to responsible AI deployment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
