This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Field Marketing Manager - REMOTE. This pivotal role encompasses end-to-end marketing responsibilities, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. You will act as a high-touch marketing partner to the sales team, focusing on the South Europe region and driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth. Collaborating directly with senior sales leaders, you will tailor marketing efforts to high-value accounts and ensure integrated field plans resonate within the unique cultural landscape of the region. Your contributions will not only accelerate business but also help in building secure operational ecosystems.
Accountabilities
- Act as a high-touch business partner to Sales, challenging and refining their territory plans with data-driven marketing tactics.
- Design and deploy integrated field plans tailored to the cultural and procurement nuances in the region.
- Lead 1:1 and 1:few Account-Based Marketing programs ensuring alignment between marketing spend and Sales Target Account List.
- Develop 'Wiz + Partner' marketing plays that leverage the local ecosystem to accelerate trust and pipeline.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of flagship summits, executive roundtables, and technical workshops.
- Monitor MQL-to-SQL velocity to ensure zero lead leakage and optimize follow-up processes.
- Use Salesforce and Looker to audit performance and identify campaign efficacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in regional marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity space.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A 'get-it-done' attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves to make things happen.
