Mercier Consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic Flemish Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a flexible hybrid working model. In this key role, you will engage with incoming sales inquiries from Flemish-speaking clients, providing exceptional service and effectively promoting our products and services.

Your primary objective will be to convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs, answering their questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your fluency in Flemish will allow you to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized support, directly impacting our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries from Flemish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive tactics
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay informed about offerings and current promotions
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases
• Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to enhance sales strategies

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in inbound sales or customer service is preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools
• Self-driven and capable of working independently and collaboratively
