Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to French-speaking players through multiple communication channels including chat, email, and forums.
• Troubleshoot player issues efficiently and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions in our support systems.

• Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
