Job Description - French Speaking Customer Happiness Specialist

In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring that our French-speaking customers receive top-notch support and service, which is essential for their overall satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for French-speaking customers, providing assistance through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM software to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
  • Stay well-informed about products and services to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain a positive work environment by sharing ideas and supporting team initiatives.
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong writing and speaking abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support technologies is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing customer inquiries.
  • A genuine passion for creating positive customer experiences and enhancing customer happiness.
