Job Description - French Speaking Customer Support for DJI - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for DJI, based in Greece. This role is perfect for customer service professionals who are enthusiastic about technology and want to contribute to an innovative company renowned for its drone and imaging technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to DJI products, services, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to facilitate future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure comprehensive support.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company services to offer informed guidance.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or electronics sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools is beneficial.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
