French Speaking Customer Support for Online Travel Agency

We are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative for an Online Travel Agency. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions related to itineraries, travel changes, and additional services offered by the agency.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Stay informed about travel trends, regulations, and agency offerings to provide accurate and useful information to clients.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in utilizing customer service software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
