French Speaking Email Support Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals with a strong commitment to customer service and excellent written communication skills. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting French-speaking clients by responding to their inquiries via email, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails in French, providing accurate and comprehensive information regarding products and services.
• Assist clients with order-related questions, account issues, and general inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and deliver effective solutions or escalate issues as required.
• Document all customer interactions within the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain high standards of service quality.
• Identify common issues in customer inquiries and communicate feedback to management for process improvements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance to clients.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in email support or customer service roles is highly recommended.
• Exceptional written communication skills with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is an advantage.
