Job Description - French Speaking End User Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to announce an opening for a French Speaking End User Support Specialist. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a French Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will assist French-speaking clients by addressing their technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding support to end users in French through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve a variety of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functionalities.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on effectively utilizing different applications and systems.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute suggestions for improving support processes.
  • Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and updates to continuously enhance service delivery.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
  • Experience in end user support or a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectively.
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a proactive approach to helping users.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to continuous professional development.
