French Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a talented French Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative to join our dedicated customer service team. In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional service and support.
• Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing their inquiries about products, prices, and order statuses.
• Effectively resolve any customer complaints and issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and report generation.
• Collaborate with other departments to share insights and feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on marketplace developments, promotional offers, and product information to provide timely assistance to customers.
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Fluency in French and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for efficient communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with a team.
