Job Description - French Speaking Online Platform Support Agent

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a position for a French Speaking Online Platform Support Agent. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to French-speaking users of our online platform, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience. If you are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills, we would love to have you on our team!


Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking users through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they encounter with the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical problems related to user accounts and platform functionalities.
  • Educate users on how to navigate the platform and effectively utilize its features for a better experience.
  • Document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to ensure continuous service quality.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify common challenges users face and recommend improvements to enhance the platform experience.
  • Stay updated on platform developments and new features to provide timely and accurate support.
  • Perform follow-ups with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the assistance received.
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in online environments.
  • Good understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
