Key Responsibilities

• Assist French-speaking customers through various channels (phone, email, and chat) with inquiries related to telecom products and services.
• Provide technical support, billing assistance, and address service-related issues professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for continuity and quality assurance.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on new telecom products, features, and industry trends to ensure informed support to customers.

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken); English proficiency is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the telecom sector.
