Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Irish-speaking clients, understanding their individual requirements.

• Gather and relay client feedback to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
