Jr. Marketing Coordinator

We’re Cuez, a Leuven-based scale-up and together we're reshaping the world of live broadcasting with our SaaS products. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can bring our story to life. You’ll be the driving force behind the execution of our marketing initiatives. You’ll plan, organize and creatively contribute to all our marketing projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Content Creation:
  • You prepare and organize interviews and use-cases with our stakeholders.
  • You proactively follow up with customers and colleagues to gather the needed input.
  • You confidently keep things moving by following up with the right people to make sure deadlines are met.
  • You’re happy to travel when needed to capture content onsite.
• Fairs and Events:
  • You actively help organizing fairs and events.
• Support Marketing team
  • You support our marketing team with al kinds of different campaigns and projects.
• Bonus skills (not required, but a big plus):
  • You know how to film and edit.
  • You know how to write engaging content.

• Experience: You have a first experience in marketing, communication, production or as a P.A.
• Skills: You’re a natural organizer, self-starter and proactive problem-solver.
• Language: You speak and write English fluently.
• Go-getter: You’re not afraid to call people and know how to get things done.
• Travel: you don’t mind traveling to capture content outside.
• Location: You’re based in Belgium and are happy to pop in to our lively office in Leuven at least 2x week.
