In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with their energy needs, providing expert advice and ensuring they receive exceptional service while navigating the energy market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support by addressing inquiries related to energy products and services.
• Guide customers through their options and assist them in choosing the best energy plans for their needs.
• Handle issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and energy solutions to offer informed recommendations to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; additional proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to explain complex energy-related concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria, with full support for the relocation process.
