• Provide top-notch customer service to Lithuanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.
