Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch logistical support to our Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Manage the coordination of shipments and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and document resolutions using our systems.
• Work closely with internal logistics teams to optimize service delivery and process efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to offer relevant advice to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is required.
• Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service ethos.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and logistics management tools is helpful.
