Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients in the retail sector through phone, email, and chat communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order statuses, returns, and other retail-related services.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with the retail team to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest retail trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service within the retail sector is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and retail management software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
