As Project Manager you are a key member of the Intix client excellence team with end-to-end responsibility for the successful delivery of Intix software products and solutions to our clients. Intix software solutions focus on payment and securities transactions archiving, transaction tracking and business activity monitoring. Our clients are large international financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project organization and administration:
Create project plans, schedules and budgets
Track project progress vs budget
Ensure project reporting like status reports, dashboards, and other documentation for internal or external stakeholders
Assist in resource planning and allocation
Create and maintain status reports, action and risk logs
Follow-up on timelines and budget and identify/escalate potential project risks
Customer and Stakeholder management:
Act as the single point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project in a complex software technical and organizational environment
Be the link between the customer and the internal organization
Obtain good understanding of the project objectives, scope and the client’s business needs
Align with the client on scope, planning, etc.
Organize and lead client and internal meetings
Create supporting documents for customer or internal meetings
Inspire and motivate the project team
Process Improvement:
Apply the in-house project methodology and tool usage (Certinia, Jira, etc.)
Share any ideas for internal project methodology improvement
Minimum 2 years professional experience in a project-based environment ideally in the banking industry or in a software development company
Affinity with banking, IT or technology
Mastering Microsoft office tools
Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is an asset
Excellent communicator (both orally as in writing)
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Customer oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented
Ability to work with high autonomy
Well organized
Initiative taker
Optional skills:
Experience in an international, multilingual and multi-cultural environment
Knowledge of project management tools (Certinia, Celoxis, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Certification or experience with project related methodology (PMI, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
Familiarity with enterprise architectures
