Are you ready to discover the role of a Finance Support Manager in Netcompany ?

As a Finance Support Manager you will:

• Support SUMMA and ABAC financial systems (ticket analysis, second-level support, complex data queries).
• Investigate recurring issues and find root causes to keep services running smoothly.
• Help with SUMMA testing, running test plans, and recording results for new releases.
• Support complicated financial tasks, including carry-over and carry-forward processes and take part in new system deployments and rollouts. 
• Write technical requirements for SUMMA in line with Financial Regulation.
• Suggest improvements for financial workflows and processes and organizational procedures.
• Gather and prioritize business needs for system updates.
• Report progress, issues, and plans to management.

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Experience with financial IT systems like ABAC, SUMMA, eGrants, or eProcurement.
• Experience in analyzing requirements, testing, and implementing systems.
• Understanding of IT service management methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level), especially for explaining technical ideas to business users.
• Good team player with strong people skills and willingness to share knowledge.

What is considered as a big plus: 

• Knowledge of financial/accounting processes and EU Financial Regulation. 
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Strong skills in SQL/PL-SQL and analyzing database issues.
