POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Manager, performs a variety of business analysis and design, project management and client interaction responsibilities for the continued enhancement of SIRVA’s customer facing technologies.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run and assemble analytic reports and client business reviews according to the schedule and submitted requests
- Run reports from multiple data bases and consolidate data as needed
- Quickly and efficiently work with multiple sources of data to assemble into client presentation accurately
- Manage multiple requests and meet established deadlines
- Complete complex and customized client reports in an efficient manner
- Collaborate with all areas of the business to maintain standards and efficient processes and to escalate when needed
- Analyze high level data trends and highlight those trends within the reports
- Update analytics documentation as needed to ensure documentation is accurate
- Works on ad-hoc reports due to client requests and internal reporting needs
- Work independently to manage the pipeline of reports that are due to be delivered
- Act as point of quality assurance and control for all analytics
- Identify and implement continuous improvements opportunities
- Works on helping to develop new reporting tools
- Attends trainings
- Consults implementation team on reporting capabilities for new client wins
QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS
- 1-3 years data analysis experience preferred
- Experience in Business Objects or comparable business intelligence platform
- Advanced user in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other data base applications
- Experience working with multiple data bases
- Experience working with large and multiple quantities of data and consolidating data
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on a team with various internal departments
- Systems-oriented
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferably within a business discipline, or equivalent experience
