As a Restaurant Floor Supervisor you are the key point of contact on the restaurant floor. You ensure the smooth daily operation of the service, coach the team and guarantee a warm, efficient guest experience in line with Mövenpick standards. You are present during service and take initiative when needed.

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant team

• Ensure a welcoming and professional service experience

• Train and support team members on the floor

• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Actively participate in service and resolve issues proactively
