Job Description - Revenue & Digital Performance Manager

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency
specialized in hospitality roles, is currently looking for a Revenue &
Digital Performance Manager
, a results-driven, analytical, and strategic
thinker who can bridge digital performance optimisation and revenue
management
for it’s client in Brussels, an International Hospitality Group.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning insights
into actions and knows how to maximise online channel performance while
supporting dynamic pricing and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Optimisation

  • Analyse
    website performance, booking funnels, and guest behaviour to identify
    conversion opportunities.

  • Design
    and run A/B and multivariate testing to improve user experience and
    booking conversion rates.

  • Collaborate
    with brand digital marketing teams to optimise all digital touchpoints.

  • Monitor
    and report on key digital metrics (traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate,
    etc.).

  • Ensure
    brand consistency and pricing alignment across OTAs and metasearch
    platforms.

  • Leverage
    SEO, UX and performance insights to improve visibility and user
    experience.

Revenue Management Support

  • Support
    the Revenue Manager in data analysis, forecasting, pricing, and yield
    strategy execution.

  • Deliver
    competitive insights to support dynamic pricing decisions.

  • Conduct
    regular benchmarking and competitive set analysis.

  • Maintain
    and update rate plans, restrictions and inventory across PMS/CRS/Channel
    Manager systems.

  • Assist
    in the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports.

Data Management & Process

  • Ensure
    reservation processes and system data inputs meet operational and
    strategic standards.

  • Communicate
    consistently with Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure process
    alignment.

  • Conduct
    regular checks on data quality, segmentation, and denied reservation
    tracking.

  • Maintain
    an up-to-date event database for use within the RMS.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Use
    RMS tools to review hotel performance by segment, day of week, and against
    competition.

  • Monitor
    market trends, local events, and competitor pricing to inform strategy.

  • Evaluate
    group requests (leisure and corporate) to recommend optimal rates and
    distribution.

Strategic Decision-Making

  • Work
    closely with the General Manager and Senior Revenue Manager to adapt
    strategies based on trends and performance.

  • Provide
    accurate forecasts in line with the annual budget and business plans.

  • Adjust
    strategies on distribution channels to optimise availability, visibility,
    and profitability.


Requirements

Experience & Tools

  • Experience
    with IDeaS RMS, Koddi, and Opera PMS is a strong
    advantage.

  • Advanced
    Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas); strong command of PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity
    with CRS systems, distribution platforms, and market analysis tools.

Education

  • Degree
    in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.

  • In-depth
    understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends and
    commercial strategy.

Languages

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French
    and/or Dutch
    is a plus.
