Risk & Compliance Officer

Our client in the Non-Life Insurance sector is seeking a motivated individual!
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact and grow in your career.

What You’ll Do

• Launch new insurance products
• Review risks and ensure compliance on contracts
• Edit and review customer documents (policies, discharge documents, general conditions, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

• A keen interest in translating complex regulations into practical compliance actions within an evolving landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with a critical, solution-oriented mindset.
• A team player who values collective goals but can also work independently.
• Proactive and initiative-taking, with a flexible, organized approach.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify jargon for better understanding.
• Genuine interest in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Location: Brussels, with 1-2 days per week in the office and the option to work from home on other days.
• Educational background: Legal degree.
