About the position
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail oriented Marketing & Sales Administrator to support our commercial and marketing teams across Belgium, France and Luxembourg. In this multifunctional role, you will ensure smooth operational execution, accurate customer and vendor administration, and effective coordination of promotional activities, events, and digital communication.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and takes ownership of both recurring processes and ad hoc requests.
What you will do:
- Sales administration: Support customer-facing teams by answering basic product questions, managing data in systems etc.
- Marketing administration: keeping product data up to date, managing website, planning activations at customers etc.
- Trade fairs: E2E coordination of trade fairs
So, what does it take to be successful in the role?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Self driven with a strong learning mindset and ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent in Dutch and French (written and spoken), English is a plus
- Commercial acumen
- Flexible and adaptable
- Willingness to travel (max 2 days a month)
