Job Description - Sales Manager Belgium

The Kardex Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of dynamic storage, retrieval and distribution systems. Our more than 3,000 employees worldwide develop and manufacture logistics solutions that are used in many different sectors such as industrial manufacturing, retail and administration.Kardex is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager with a background in automated storage, intralogistics or warehouse handling equipment to strengthen our sales team in Belgium.

You will work from home and travel to the customers sites. We will equip you with a company car. also for private usage.

You will be responsible for generating, developing and closing sales in order to meet individual/team targets and profitable sales growth.

Your tasks

General Field Sales & Account Management work is focused on face-to-face selling and account management activities. This role will require regular travel to our customer sites.

  • Develop, execute and adjust lead‑generation plans to build a strong sales opportunity pipeline.

  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

  • Generate, qualify and convert leads in line with the Kardex sales process.

  • Create value‑driven solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen the Kardex offering.

  • Lead, develop and grow the Belgic Sales Team

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing negotiations and contract closure according to Kardex guidelines.

Your profile

  • Proven B2B field sales experience with technical or solution-based offerings

  • Experienced in larger deals and longer sales cycles

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)

  • Higher education or equivalent professional experience

  • First experience in leading and developing a sales team

  • Commercial mindset with strong technical understanding

  • Self-driven, structured, and able to own the sales process end-to-end

  • Relationship-oriented, able to listen, analyze, and constructively challenge customer needs

  • Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders and decision-makers​

  • Ability to communicate in business context in French, Dutch and English
