Sales Manager Corporate

client, a high level hotel in Brussels that is part of an internationally
renowned group, to find a Sales Manager Corporate who will drive
business growth in the Corporate and TMC segments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a corporate sales strategy, from prospecting to contract closure
  (transient and group).
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, decision-makers, and TMCs.
  
• Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and expand market share.
  
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Events teams to ensure a cohesive
  commercial approach.
  
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs.
  

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar sales role within a 4-5 star
  hotel.
  
• Network:
  Strong existing connections in the Corporate and TMC markets
  (local and international).
  
• Tools:
  Familiarity with Lanyon, GDS, Hotelligence or similar platforms.
  
• Languages: Fluent English (mandatory) + French. Dutch is a
  strong asset.
  
• Soft Skills: Natural negotiator, proactive hunter mindset, and ability to
  thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
