Job Purpose
In Bridgestone we are looking for a Sales Analyst Commercial that will be instrumental in enhancing our sales operations, with responsibilities including:
Follow-up of sales and support to regions : consolidation and segment analysis of sales across the 6 EU Regions. Reporting and analysis of market trends: analysis of sell-in and sell-out market demand and share. Transfer Pricing management for export business: intercompany price determination and management with other Bridgestone entities outside Europe. Others: Department OPEX budgeting and follow-up, support Product Marketing in sales related issues,... Responsibilities
Follow-up of sales and support to regions
Active daily follow-up of sales in detail by region, highlighting relevant variations and potential actions. Manage and coordinate weekly meetings with regions to ensure understanding of issues at local level. Consolidate and analyze any relevant Sales Performance Indicators to support both Regions’ and Top Management’ decision-making: Sell-in/Sell-out, Market Trends, Dealer stock level etc. Proactive communication with LSCM to ensure optimal supply to regions, participating in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc meetings with LSCM. Identification of market trends and gaps
In-depth analysis of market volume, sales and market share on a monthly (Europool), bimonthly (GfK) and 6-monthly basis, highlighting the relevant trends in the market, identifying/anticipating our weaknesses and suggesting action points to correct them. Deep dive of sales results down to by customer and/or IPC to identify potential issues early on. Use other sources of information (press, car sales/car park information, market research studies…) to enrich market intelligence and insights. Sales management for Export business
Calculate, document, and implement Transfer prices relating to Bridgestone Europe shipments to other Group entities. Close coordination with various Finance teams involved. Evaluate and prepare Price forecasting withing Bridgestone modeling tools (SAC Planning, SAP BIIP). Measure and investigate any unforeseen price variance against forecast. Other tasks
Department OPEX budgeting and follow-up. Support Product Marketing in sales related issues. Other tasks to support the increase of sales and profit. Requirements
Education: University Degree in Economics/Business Studies.
Experience: Entry Level / 1-3 Years.
Languages: English, other European languages is a plus.
