Job Description - Sales Operations Manager

Do you want to join our international team of experienced and ambitious data experts to help us win worldwide? 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our ambitious sales team. In this role, you will enable our sales development representatives to grow our customer base worldwide. You will use your expertise to improve our sales process and define strategies to help us win.

You will play a critical role in achieving our business growth targets, in particular : 

  • Data Analytics: analyze funnel metrics and conversion drivers, identifying bottlenecks and proposing strategies to optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates

    • Close Collaboration with sales team: work closely with the sales team on a daily basis, providing insights, feedback, and workflow improvements to help them maximize their conversion rates

    • Process Improvement: research, design, and implement workflow optimizations (e.g., email deliverability, personalization, outreach sequences, call connect rates) to increase efficiency and conversion rates

    • Hands-On Execution: test and validate new outreach strategies before implementing them across the team. Demonstrate best practices in prospecting, messaging, and objection handling to ensure effectiveness

    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to refine ICP targeting and enhance MQL quality, ensuring better lead conversion rates

    • Technology & AI Optimization: continuously monitor and assess how AI and automation tools can be leveraged to improve sales efficiency, from personalization at scale to predictive analytics for lead prioritization.

    • Performance Reporting: continuously track sales effectiveness, prepare data-backed reports, and present actionable insights to the Head of Sales
