Job Description - Sales Project Coordinator

As a Sales Projects Coordinator, you play a key role in turning commercial opportunities into successful and scalable projects. You coordinate complex customer rollouts and new commercial offerings by aligning multiple internal teams, partners, and processes. By ensuring structured execution and automating operational flows, you help translate strategic deals and new service concepts into smooth, efficient, and scalable implementations across the organization.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the rollout of large and complex commercial projects with strategic partners, ensuring smooth execution from agreement to end customer delivery.
  • Act as a central coordination point between sales teams, operations, logistics, installation partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Translate commercial agreements into structured operational processes to ensure efficient implementation and delivery.
  • Support the setup and launch of new commercial packages and service offerings, ensuring they can be implemented and scaled within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize operational workflows related to commercial projects, and work with internal teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential operational bottlenecks, and proactively ensure projects stay on track.
  • Facilitate clear communication between commercial teams and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.

 

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in project coordination, sales operations, commercial project management, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
