What does your day look like?
You enter the office, first a coffee, just wake up. During the consultation you discuss with your colleagues the open and new vacancies, the candidates that have applied and with which clients they would be a good fit. For a nice marketing specialist vacancy not many people have applied yet, time to start an active search! After this you call a number of companies to see if they want to do business with our office. Thanks to your enthusiasm you take care of the first acquaintance appointment. At the end of the morning you call the client you visited last week. You tell them that you have already spoken with a number of candidates, but that tomorrow a top candidate will drop by! As soon as you have spoken to them you agree to call your contact person again. After lunch you have a customer meeting. You are going to discuss how the employees are doing, whether they are satisfied. On their website you have already seen that they are looking for a financial employee. That's great! Elise, the employee you spoke to at the branch last week fits the job perfectly. Frank, your contact is very happy with your advice and would like to talk to Elise! At the end of the day, you contact a nice company by phone that a friend tipped you off to. With a good entry point for the conversation, at the last minute of the workday you have that appointment set for the day after tomorrow! Target in the pocket!
