For our Commercial Regulated department at our office in Brussels (near to Central Station and subway, ) we’re looking for a Sales Support Manager (m/f/x).

The Commercial Regulated Department is the commercial point of contact for our customers (shippers and system users) and adjacent system operators for matters relating to pipeline transmission, underground storage, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and hubs (i.e. virtual trading zones).

Job
purpose

You are responsible for the commercial back office, where you and your team ensure flawless follow-up of all tasks related to the sale of our services. You develop and implement best practices to improve customer interactions and internal processes, collaborating cross-functionally with the various departments (Corporate Commercial, ICT, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, etc.) and subsidiaries within the Fluxys Group.

Your
respon­sibilities

You will manage and control the commercial back office by ensuring the efficient, non-discriminatory, traceable and verifiable follow-up of all tasks carried out in relation to the sale of commercial services and capacities relating to our transmission, storage and LNG terminalling activities

You will develop and implement best practices and support cross-cutting initiatives (with other internal departments and the various Fluxys Group subsidiaries) with a view to delivering high-quality services and continually improving customer interactions

You will be responsible for managing customer details and contacts, overseeing the due diligence/onboarding process for our new customers, monitoring solvency, and publishing and updating our commercial services on the Fluxys website

You will take initiatives to boost the effectiveness of the organisation by optimising processes, improving or developing IT support tools and implementing change through training and the exchange of experiences with your team and the various Fluxys Group subsidiaries

You will guide the Sales Support team (which comprises six people) to achieve its objectives through coaching, mentoring and talent development

About
you

You have a Master's degree in civil, industrial or commercial engineering, economics, law or a similar field

You have several years of relevant professional experience

You adopt a structured and cross-cutting approach to projects

You are committed and focus on customers and solutions in a demanding and changing environment

You have experience in managing a team

You have a good command of Dutch, English and French

You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
