Sales support specialist (H/F/X) - Brussels - Logistics

• Prospecting/Acquisition : Proactively approach potential customers and generate leads. Maintain telephone contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Contract closing and follow-up : Carefully conclude contracts according to established procedures and terms and conditions. Follow up on closed contracts, including checking dispatch, receipt and entry into systems.
• Customer relationship management : Answering customer queries both orally and in writing. Administrative handling of customer files, including changes in terms and conditions and resolving delivery issues.
• Supporting Account Management : Drafting contracts, quotations and generating reports for account managers. Processing customer data
• General Sales Management : Manage assigned mailbox and ensure efficient communication flow.

• You have strong organisational skills and can prioritise independently.
• You can easily switch between analytical thinking and dealing with people.
• You are commercially minded and focus on both internal and external customer satisfaction.
• You are proactive in finding solutions to problems and work accurately.
• You have a good command of Dutch, French and English.
• Technical interest is a plus for better understanding our products.
