Salesforce Consultant

• Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  



• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  




• Lead workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs.
  




• Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
  




• Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance are followed.
  




• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance.
  




• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Consultant, Administrator, or similar role.
  




• Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Consultant certifications required; Platform App Builder or other certifications are a plus.
  




• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products.
  




• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus.
  




• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  




• Proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is highly desirable.
  




• Ability to work on-site in Brussels with occasional client visits.
