ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for an APM Expert for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

As an SAP Advanced Payment Management (APM) Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the SAP APM module to support financial operations and payment processing.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough reviews of OSS notes to stabilize APM systems.
• Analyzing and managing repair items, including archiving of treated cases.
• Streamlining and optimizing rules for Routes and Clearing Agreements.
• Implementing and managing calendar configurations aligned with Clearing Agreements.
• Defining and configuring queue processing rules for efficient workflow.
• Setting up and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the APM framework.
• Configuring and utilizing the Payment Analyser tool for transaction monitoring.
• Establishing and managing Exception Control protocols to handle anomalies.

Technical Skills

• Skilled in defining and implementing exception control mechanisms.
