SAP FICO Analyst

For a client, we are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst to join our team on an urgent basis.

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 6 months with the option to extend
Work Schedule: Full-time (min 4/5) with homeworking 1-2 days per week
Languages: English (mandatory), French/Dutch (optional/nice to have)

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance, Controlling & Tax department within the IT SAP team.
• Contribute to all activities in the SAP FICO area, including the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Backfill for internal IT Solution Expert roles and support ongoing critical projects.
• Coordinate finance/sub-finance deployments globally from a functional and technical perspective.
• Participate in workshops, detail design, write specifications, and conduct regression testing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of deep knowledge in SAP Finance (GL, A/P, A/R, AA).
• Minimum 10 years of deep knowledge in SAP Controlling (CCA, IO, COPA, COPC).
• Minimum 8 years of deep Tax knowledge in relation to SAP.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in project and service management.
• Proven ability to work independently and in team environments.

Desired Skills:

• Experience as a Team Lead, preferably in an onshore/offshore mode.
• Experience with integration with other modules, such as SDI, MM, and warehousing modules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
