Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be an Agile practitioner, ready to integrate and guide the team through its daily activities and ceremonies. Self-organization and autonomy are essential for this role.

As part of the CISO Portfolio Management Tribe, you will:

• Coach the team to be self-organized and cross-functional, adopting Agile practices that enable to efficiently deliver high-value products.
• Organise/facilitate scrum events such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Helping the team navigate the various Agile processes: identification of tasks, effort sizing, progress reporting, demo and continuous improvement.
• Help manage impediments: conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks and adjusting scope, in relation to technical issues and testing environments.
• Collect and analyse the necessary team KPIs (velocity, predictability, progress of the agile transformation).
• Facilitate the team transparency and share progress using the appropriate communication channels. 
• Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure that deliverables follow guidelines and standards.

Required skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master and project manager role
• The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and KPIs.
• You are experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 1000 to 3,000 man-days.
• You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills. You demonstrate a good drive and the ability to “make things happen”, to challenge and overcome resistance.
• Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyze problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions. 
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• A good team player, approachable.
• Client-focused and delivery-oriented, capable to remain positive in the face of challenge or under pressure.
• Able to learn quickly, to adjust to new information and to think outside the box.
• At ease in a fast-changing environment, flexible and able to reprioritize tasks.
• Language: Professional-level English proficiency is mandatory.
• You have experience in project related to Identity and Access Management/ Logical Access Management 

Preferred skills:

• Scrum Master certifications such as CSP and PSM.
• Ability to understand the technical concepts that your team is working on.
• Knowledge of SailPoint is a plus
• You are familiar with a range of Information Security technologies, infrastructure, processes and services in domains especially Identity & Access Management.
