• Solution Architect: Design and develop M365 cloud solutions that align with business goals and IT standards.
• Quality Assurance Specialist: Verify M365 cloud solutions built by internal or external developers, ensuring they meet established quality criteria.
• Change Management Specialist: Oversee the successful implementation of M365 cloud solutions, including training, rollout, and ongoing support.
• M365 Application Expert: Serve as the primary resource for M365 cloud applications, providing guidance to users, suppliers, and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge Management Specialist: Document M365 cloud solutions and maintain up-to-date documentation for easy knowledge access.
