The Senior Brand Analyst will play a crucial role within the KASA EMEA Brand Team, reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager. This pivotal role directly supports the Senior Brand Manager in driving brand growth and engagement across EMEA. The Senior Brand Analyst will be instrumental in executing key brand initiatives related to social media, influencer campaigns, and content production, contributing to overall brand health and market presence.
Your responsibilities will include
Brand Strategy & Planning Support:
Responsible for translating the Global Connection strategy into Regional marketing plans, driving growth and profitability and improving brand health metrics at category level.
Leverage Global assets playbook to develop regional launch packages and deliver Go To Market plans, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
Set the ground on brand equity and ensure perfect on-brand executions in terms of creativity, content and assets.
Represent EMEA needs in the development of the Global Category strategy (e.g. MLR support, global/region weekly sync, etc).
Evaluate the impact of key competitor activities and formulate appropriate courses of action.
Leverage consumer insights to drive fact-based, consumer-centric decisions that support our premium brand leadership positioning.
Guide, monitor and follow up go-to-market execution in the markets.
Support central marketing expenditures in line with RevGen budget targets.
Digital & Social Media Leadership:
Develop and implement strong local social media strategy, including clear role of channel and content type.
Manage EMEA social media channels, translating global strategies into locally relevant content and campaigns that build engagement, community, and brand equity.
Oversee social listening and performance tracking to extract consumer insights, inform strategy, and support integrated communication efforts across PR and digital.
Content Creation & Management:
Lead content creation initiatives across EMEA, including the development of recipe books, coordination of lifestyle and product shoots, and recipe development, ensuring all assets reflect the brand’s premium positioning and resonate with regional audiences.
Lead content creation, including regional planning, UGC curation, and storytelling, ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution across platforms.
Minimum requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4-6 years of professional experience in a dynamic marketing role.
A valid driver’s license.
Preferred skills and experiences
Fluency (written and spoken) in English; German or French is a plus!
A confident communicator and presenter, with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to translate strategic objectives into creative and impactful brand initiatives.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Deep understanding of the evolving media landscape, including media relations and social media platform best practices
Proactive, reliable and accurate with high attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools/Google.

Travel
Some business travel may be required for agency meetings, content production, customer visits, industry events, etc. (Estimate percentage of travel < 10%). Travel will primarily be within the EMEA region.
