As we expand into Belgium, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing European team.

What You’ll Do

• Solve Business Problems – Conduct research, analysis, and requirements gathering to develop impactful solutions


• Drive Business Transformation – Collaborate with clients and project teams to align strategies and mitigate risks
  


• Deliver Excellence – Prepare materials, facilitate workshops, and communicate with senior stakeholder


• Build Lancia Consult – Lead initiatives that support our growth and business excellence

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of consulting experience 


• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills


• Experience in technology transformation & delivery lifecycle with large complex programme experience as a BA or PM 


• Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills


• Proactive, resourceful & adaptable across industries and business environments


• A collaborative mindset, with a passion for growing teams and mentoring talent


• Professional Proficiency in French, Dutch and English


• Flexible and able to travel when required & work on-site with clients (both in Belgium and abroad)
