Senior Digital Marketeer

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketeer to join one of our growth-focused marketing squads. Depending on your expertise and interests, you will either focus on creating demand among new audiences or capturing existing demand through search, AI search, and conversion optimization.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, driving measurable growth across the full marketing funnel. You will work closely with specialists across content, SEO, PPC, analytics, creative, product, and compliance to increase visibility, engagement, leads, and account openings.

What You'll do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and account openings
• Advise on the optimal media mix across online and offline channels
• Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Improve visibility across search, AI search, and other high-intent channels
• Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead nurturing journeys
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance and translate insights into improvements
• Collaborate with content, creative, SEO, PPC, analytics, and product teams
• Stay ahead of marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities
• Contribute actively to squad planning, prioritization, and strategy

Here’s what we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Proven experience driving measurable growth through campaigns, search, conversion optimization, and funnel improvements
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, CRO, lead generation, and customer journeys
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands-on
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Native Dutch or strong Dutch fluency and excellent English skills
