Job Description



As Senior Field Marketing Manager (40 hrs pw / Full-time / permanent), you will a highly motivated and passionate self-starter and will be at the forefront of our global and BeNeDe focused pipeline demand-generation activities.

Your role will involve planning, project-managing, executing, and optimising campaigns and events to create localised brand awareness and visibility for our Quality Engineering and Cyber Security solutions. You will collaborate with Business Managers, Sales, and Practice Leads, as well as regional and global marketers, to drive pipeline goals.

You will also work closely with our talent and HR teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns to reach and engage potential candidates as part of our employer branding initiatives.

This role will report directly to the Global Marketing Director and will have one person reporting to them.

  • Demand & Lead generation (Prospects & Candidates ): Develop and execute creative and effective marketing programmes targeting medium to large enterprise companies, utilising social media, trade shows, and other relevant channels to convert potential candidates and prospects into leads.
  • Event management: Devise and deliver event management programs including Expos, Conferences, 1:1 Networking meetings, roundtables, and webinars, focusing on our key solution areas, target industries, and buyer personas.
  • Content collaboration: Work with practice leads and thought leaders to create engaging content such as blogs, whitepapers, and articles.
  • Sales support: Provide go-to-market solution/use case support collateral and training materials to enable the sales team and enhance the buyer experience.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Work with the Global Marketing Director, Business Managers, sales and practice leaders to develop tailored campaigns for our key industry sectors.
  • Tactical sales Plays: Collaborate with the Business Development sales team to devise and execute tactical sales play campaigns.
  • Digital optimisation: Coordinate with the digital marketing lead to optimise the web and social media experience for the global and local market.
  • Agency coordination: Manage relationships with marketing, event, content, and design agencies as required.

Qualifications



What You Bring:

  • Proven experience: 3-5+ years of experience in developing B2B digital and event-focused demand generation campaigns, particularly within IT Services, Cyber Security, Managed Services, Quality Engineering, Device and Software Testing, SaaS, and similar industries.
  • Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills in both Dutch (Flemish) and English.
  • Business development: Experience in nurturing demand generation campaigns targeting IT and security personas in mid-to-large enterprises within sectors such as Telco, Media, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Finance, and Consumer Electronics.
  • Creative campaigns: A track record of creating marketing programmes that generate measurable demand and engagement.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to measure and interpret data, demonstrating progress against targets.
  • Project management: Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Technical proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with Salesforce.com. Basic experience with demand generation platforms like Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, HubSpot, Demand Base, 6Sense, Cognisum, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Remote work: Comfortable with remote work and autonomy.

Qualifications

:

  • Educational background: A master's or bachelor's degree in media, communication, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Team leadership: Experience in managing a team.
  • Additional language skills: Proficiency in a third language such as French, German, or Mandarin.
  • MarTech tools: Experience with Salesforce.com Marketing Account Engagement email marketing tool and other marketing automation tools.
  • Third party lead gen collaborations: Experience running content syndication and lead generation campaigns on platforms such as BrightTalk and TechTarget.

Additional Information



Location:

  • Belgium, Hasselt - Hybrid (Assigned to the Hasselt office 3-5 days a week).
  • Flexible and partly remote working is an option.
  • Occasional travel within Europe and the UK is required.
