To grow our financial planning capabilities, we are looking for a: Senior FP&A Analyst (100%) We are looking for a FP&A expert who brings relevant industry experience. We want to see highly diligent candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to drive things forward. The person will be based in the HeiQ Iberia office in Moreira da Maia, Portugal and report to the FP&A Lead.

Your responsibilities

• Analysing business performance, main drivers and budget deviations of business units, local entities and the Group.
• Business partnering with Business Units to prepare monthly management reports that provide insights into performance drivers and support informed decision making.
• Collaborating closely with the finance functions of the local entities and the Group Accounting & Reporting Manager to guarantee correct reporting to the Group.
• Support in implementation of a harmonised cost accounting system for the Group.
• Support the annual budgeting process for the Group.
• Support in improving financial processes and systems for the Group.
• Participating in ad-hoc finance and company projects.

You bring

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Controlling, Finance Business Partnering, FP&A with increasing level of responsibility and/or Big 4, Management Consulting or Finance Graduate background.
• Ability to critically analyse data, identifying trends, correlations, and key drivers.
• Prior multi-geography experience and work in virtual environment.
• Strong evidence of consistent delivery against targets and ability to manage workload in a pressurised environment.
• Good ability to structure tasks and high level of attention to details.
• Ability to quality control own work and daily output.
• Evidence of strong business partnering skills.
