Your role

As a Capacity Management Consultant, you will work at the intersection of data, consultancy and product development. You will support hospitals with analyses and advice, whilst contributing to the development of innovative tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

Consultancy & Capacity Management

• Delivering projects relating to capacity and care processes
• Analysing data (planning, throughput, occupancy) and identifying areas for improvement
• Advising stakeholders at all levels
• Translating data into concrete, actionable insights

Bridge between market, data and product

• Translating customer needs into product requirements
• Contributing to product development and innovations
• Supporting sales with use cases, demos and quotations

Methodology & development

• Standardising approaches and tools
• Contributing to scalable solutions and dashboards

Project & change management

• Guiding change processes
• Monitoring quality, timing and impact

Profile

• Min. 3 years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills, experience with complex datasets
• Affinity with healthcare and capacity management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, organised and results-oriented
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French, and willing to travel within Belgium
