Job Description - Senior ICT Architect

We are seeking a Senior ICT Architect to support
large -scale digital transformation initiatives within the Flemish Government
environment.You will contribute to enterprise -level architecture and
modernization programs in a highly structured, Agile -driven public sector
environment.

Requirements

Â· Design and align domain and enterprise architecture.

Â· Work within API -first and microservices -based
ecosystems.

Â· Contribute to Java -based and cloud -native architecture
initiatives.

Â· Apply modelling frameworks such as ArchiMate, TOGAF,
and UML.

Â· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an
Agile/Scrum context.

Â· Support architectural governance and modernization
strategy.

Required Experience:

Â· 5+ years as ICT Architect (specialist or enterprise).

Â· Strong Java background.

Â· Proven Scrum experience.

Â· Architecture modelling expertise (TOGAF / ArchiMate /
UML).

Â· Experience with microservices and cloud (AWS/Azure).

Â· Dutch language proficiency (C2).

Nice to Have

Â· Government or public sector experience.

Â· Docker and containerization knowledge.

Â· Jira/Confluence experience.

Â· Broad architectural governance exposure.
