Senior Manager of Strategy

Aliaxis is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy to drive the execution of our Horizon 2030 ambition and shape our future growth. In this global role, you will work closely with the Executive Committee to define enterprise strategy and support our divisions in building winning local strategies.

ABOUT THE ROLE   

Reporting to the Vice President Strategy, you will drive enterprise strategy, partner with the Executive Committee, and support the Group and local divisions in delivering market success. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

• Define & track Aliaxis’ enterprise strategy, including leading strategic reviews with the Executive Committee & Board. 

• Drive the M&A agenda: assess the existing portfolio, identify divestment opportunities, build actionable M&A pipelines at group and divisional levels. 

• Lead high-impact strategic projects critical to deliver the strategy (market entry, growth opportunities, business unit transformation). 

• Provide actionable market intelligence to the Executive Committee & Board, covering competitors, customers, market trends, and performance benchmarking. 

• Coordinate and develop the corporate strategy team, fostering high performance and talents growth. 

ABOUT YOU  

• At least 5 years of strategy experience in a top-tier consulting or corporate environment. 

• Exceptional communication and stakeholders’ management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels, including Executive Committee and Board. 

• Experience in managing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching talents. 

• Strong drive, proactivity, and ability to deliver impact in fast-paced, complex environments. 

• Proven expertise in leading and delivering strategic initiatives (e.g. BU transformation, process optimization, market intelligence, due diligence, portfolio management...). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supporting data-driven decision making. 

• Exposure to large, multinational and multicultural environments, with willingness to travel internationally. 

• Interest or experience in industrial/ manufacturing sectors is a plus.
